Ok I’ll splill the beans
It’s the ‘Not Already a Subscriber?’ signup box that’s appearing after each blog post.
If you have a blog I think this is a really good place to put a opt-in box, because if your reader has just finished reading a great article or listening to an excellent podcast, they’re far more likely to sign-up there and then for future information from you.
In addition to that, Justin has the Newsletter signup in the top right of EVERY PAGE, plus the Free Internet Marketing DVD advertised on the home page. That’s three list builders on this site and a great example of how to weave list building into a website.

Yes I just noticed that, and I think that is such a clever and useful tactic. I would be interested to hear Justin’s stats from this exercise, but my hat goes off to him as he is obviously always thinking of ways to capture details and build his list.
Justin kudos to you, you’re a shining example of how never to become complacent about ones business.
And great show Phil, I really enjoyed your content.

What a great podcast, it really drives home the importance of building a customer and prospect list in your business, along with being dedicated enough to see this as “asset value” within the business.
Phil, I also noticed the new optin form that Justin is using, and I have to say it’s very clever.
