Luis, I take my hat off to you when you say listen to your customers because they will ‘tell’ you what they want. It couldn’t be more true. The fact that you are writing your own articles shows that you’re into your niche in a big way and can pretty much answer all your own support emails from the site, giving you a huge advantage over sites that oursource most of the work. Well done Mr Teixeira.

Great to have you guys back on the podcast.

I have a question regarding Google Adwords, and that is if I open a new account with them, do my adverts that I run in that account get penalised “because the account is new”.. i.e. are they subject to higher costs than adverts that are put into older accounts?

I found the part of “personalising your marketing at each level” a refreshing idea and I was wondering if you could provide more detail on how we can personalise our marketing with Google Adwords?

Justin, you guys talked briefly about setting up specific campaigns on google for each country if it is viable in terms of search volume to do so, could you perhaps expand on this a bit more in your next podcast?

Welcome back, 2009 is going to be very interesting in more ways than one.

Thoroughly enjoyed this podcast as always, some more to think about. Luis, I try not to bother you too much, hence no communication, but I check out both Justin and your sites and read, learn and try to implement as much possible on my own – thanks – always something new and lots to do!!!

Even though I feel I am drowning in info sometimes, I am sure knowing how to do everything for oneself, being new, will greatly assist once you start outsourcing any of the work, since then I will hopefully have come to grips with everything.
