Admittedly over the last few years I have become LAZY and overly dependent on my staff, who literally take my ideas from concept to reality, be it an email marketing drop or a major project. I’ve become so comfortable in my role as the delegator, that this year I felt I needed the personal challenge of getting back into the trenches and doing some of the dirty work myself.
