As of February 5, 2007 in the U.S. the Bid Amount and Ad Quality will determine an Ad’s Rank in Search Results.
The new features within Yahoo Search Marketing will include features like
like ad testing, geo-targeting and fast ad activation, brining Yahoo search marketing a step closer to Google highly successful Adwords.
The new Sponsored Search system will provide Internet Marketers with more ways to connect with customers, and many of the features that have long since not been available to yahoy Search Engine marketers.
Yahoo claims that “the new model is designed to help you spend less time in bidding wars and more time creating the most relevant, effective ads, which can help drive better results for your business”.
